Budd; Ultra Engineering & Consulting, Inc.; RMJ and Associates; Allen Jones; Kevin Murphy; Baron and Marney; Churchill Resources, Inc.; Caye Chapel, Inc.; Phoenix Reserves, Inc.; and DOES 1 through 10 inclusive. Defendants The suit seeks an unspecified amount of damages against the individuals and companies named for the manufacturing and distribution of false and misleading information aimed at inducing the purchase of stock.
