Michael, Current outstanding is 378 million. Vellema said he will eventually issue up to 440 million. Of that 378 million, all of it is registered with the transfer agent. That's all that matters. MPTV isn't filing with the SEC. They haven't issued these shares to themselves. As for insiders dumping whatever shares they have, technically Vellema is the only insider and he only has 5 million shares (which were issued long ago, he still hasn't used his options). Hurley hasn't received any pay/shares, only options. Neil has been paid in stock, but that was a while ago and I would assume he has more shares coming to him. Staff is paid cash, not stock. As for those close to the inside, this recent deluge of shares has changed the status of who is a major shareholder. Prov
