Here's one that may be illegal, as it'll obviously cause a mass panic and lead to looting - but that's what we all want, right? Drive around during the last week of December 1999 and tape 'out of order' signs on all ATMs within driving distance. Then load up the Lincoln as chaos emerges. Also, as the only one with cash, you'll be able to barter for cars and jewelry. People will sell you their BMW's and furs for pennies on the dollar. Then you can sell 'em back when calm is restored at handsome margins.
