ACTV Net is already rolled out and doing well -- eSchool Online is the #2 online content provider in the K-12 marketplace and is on the heels of The Scholastic Network. Consumers (students, teachers, staff development) are already using ACTV's HyperTV technology with eSchool Online in many states. I think the two ACTV Net announcements this Fall were very important and somewhat overlooked by this board -- the company RENEWED contracts with Philly and Mass, and got a significant deal from NYC. This demonstrates the company's ability to sell its product in some of the nation's largest markets and, most importantly, shows that customers believe that the product delivers on its promise of making the Internet a powerful educational tool.
