mineral rights in Tajikistan with an estimated value of approximately $7.2 Billion USD That would put IKAR in a slightly different league than MTEI. Any short selling in MTEI was likely covered short selling of the insider shares, rather than a sinister plot to scoop up all those semi-worthless WV tax lien certificates.

Hi Raven .. I live in Vancouver and am familiar with David Baine's work. He has been the bane (pun intended) of unscrupulous junior mining ventures for years. However, I doubt that he would do anything re: MTEI because neither the property nor the principals in this mess have anything to do with British Columbia (or Canada). If he's going to spend the time researching something, it's because he believes it will have some local appeal and help to sell newspapers.
