If I recall right, Yorktown had an option to buy 400,000 more BII shares as part of the deal. IMO I think they are taking that down at 1.75 and selling it back to the market for a fast gain.
Hopefully they should be out of the sell picture soon....
Looking good for internet co's todays with the NASDAQ up 2.2 %
