Well, you're certainly entitled to your opinion - but your a little short of fully factual presentation, and may be tiptoeing a bit close to libel for a responsible individual. Seven pipelines in and operating - YEP! Two new pipelines under construction - YEP! First major stockholders meeting, 07DEC98 - YEP! Maybe you should call and speak with Dan again - YEP! I would agree that a buy, on your part, at this time would be a good idea; and you certainly should go to the meeting if you have non-rhetorical questions you would like to pose.

What insider selling? The only regular sales are from Albert the company secretary who takes his monthly stipend. I have never seen a 144 with Dans name on it.Several other people with restricted stock have sold within the last year which was 200k/300k .The only large blocks were when the former CEO'S shares were sold due to bankruptcy which was more than one year ago. Have I missed something ?
