You seem to be saying that while homosexuality is not a crime, it ought to be considered a crime. Shame on you!

The President cannot be expected to hold office at the public's whim. However, the public is allowed to express its whims. That is why we have elections to the entire House every two years. If the majority of the House feels that what the President has done amounts to "high crimes and misdemeanors", they can impeach him. And if the "elders" in the Senate agree with the House, the President is gone...

In other words, what we have is a system that works. The rabid Clinton haters are saying that the system doesn't work, just because they have been unable to dislodge Clinton from the Presidency.
