There are 2 levels, the Small Cap and the National Market System (NMS) Small Cap requires a price above US $4.00 for a period of 30 days, and an asset base between 2.5 and 4 million. NMS requires US 5.00 for or higher for a period of 30 days, with assets of 6.5 million. Very few analysts follow the small caps. More later W
