Good words of caution but I would happily wait 3 months to make 50% on an investment. ERGO only burns a couple million per quarter so I'm not worried.

Even though waiting is out of fashion with 50% surges overnight in "other" sectors. Kinda funny today watching YHOO and AMZN race to see which could hit $200 first.

Here's another thought for you...a lot of the longs who have huge profits in YHOO, AMZN, etc, who might be considering selling some to take profits, might be holding off until January so they will have an extra year to wait before paying their cap gains taxes on these huge profits....nobody wants to sell, everybody wants to buy....therefore, stock goes VERTICAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shorts get STEAMROLLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jimbo.

Here's one example that I don't like as a short: Cendant, it seems that it has too much in the way of fundamentals, but....
