The off balance sheet liability relates to valuation. If MSFT must support its P/E, NT must be a winner.

What % of revenues are projected to be from Win2000 in 2000 and 2001?

75%? 90%?

I wouldn't quite say sell, but MSFT doesn't support such a hefty P/E premium over it's growth rate, especially when it relies so much on a single product.

One day MSFT will implode - the stock may double first, but that day draws nearer all the time.

Buy on any dip - target: $165 by January of 2000 - then run for the hills!
