yup.. and the beauty is, they are blaming the market makers and saying it is completely out of ameritrades hands.. Im going to contact the SEC, and go from there. I have had enough, and it is their responsibility to inform people what is happening.. They got a bit nasty with me and said that this all has been agreed when I pened my account with ameritrade, and they reserve the right blah blah blah..

its simply amazing.. I now am waiting over an hour to get confirmation back on an XCIT trade.. so what Im doing is going into order confirmation and cancelling the orders.. if I cant beat em I may as well create alot of hassles for them when they go back and see the orders were cancelled over 1/2 before the execution reports made it to me..

Funny, one of the managers told me to avoid trading internet stocks and I wont have a problem. So letsee, here is what I have learned to do since using ameritrade: NEVER place an order between 9:30-11... chances are it will get screwed up. NEVER place an order after 3pm, same reason.. If the market is up over 100 points? shut off your computer, because once again- ameritrade will be backed up.

They simply cannot handle the mess they got themselves into. Possibly we should organize a list of upset customers to present to the SEC? not a bad idea at this poiint..
