My take is investors are begining to believe that LU will not buy ASND and that ASND has $5-$10 of speculative cap.. If LU announces an acq. that is not ASND look for ASND to take a hit.

JV, I've noticed a trend lately when ASND is flat and the mkt moves up sharply in the morning. Usually, in the afternoon, when the mkt pulls back, ASND get's hot and follows through to match the performance of the mkt. let's see if it happens again today.
