Exactly my point...although if the broker/dealer just fills the order out of his own inventory then there's some meaning to that. And naturally whether a trade is conducted at the bid or the ask carries some informational content as well.

As a matter of fact, I was. That was me on the buy side of that block that just went through. Thought I'd add about 10% to the position I accumulated at 13.
