I wonder if 'Easy Al' will continue to drop interest rates.

I've been thinking on building some apartments and actually hoping for cuts, but I really worry what will happen to the stock market when the liquidity balloon pops.

I see the 30 yr bond rates are at the top end of their recent down trend channel. I'm think it may be time to buy bonds again.

Or maybe I should just gamble to retire next year and buy some AMZN calls! I'll bet their cheap these days.
