Food for thought.
If we follow MS analyst logic that the downgraded was primarily based on price. Now that the stock has moved to lower levels, below 32. Analyst would have to upgrade.

In response to modem integration, and in addition to changing modem technology, you may want to consider that their is a high level of compliance with foreign regulators (FCC).This is a big stumbling block for computer manufacturers, which is why they continue to OEM the product.

If stock goes down any further I'm a buyer.

If modems one day will be integrated into notebook computers (way in the future), might not Intel (or another big company involved in putting silicon into notebooks) be interested in buying XIRC for its patents and other technology?
