As we have agreed to disagree, I respectfully disagree with your statement that SUNW hasn't done well this year. SUN has outperformed ALL of their direct competitors when one looks at revenue growth. Most of their closest rivals have shown revenue growth rates BELOW 10%, while SUN has shown double digit growth in a very difficult market environment. I still believe you have a good shot at hitting your short target, but I suggest you not make blanket statements like "Sunw has not had great performance over the past year. Only the PE is rising. This is a classic bubble..." Great is a relative term. Look at SUNW's competitors, compare their growth rates over the last year and then check out SUNW. I think you will be surprised ( unless you already know the answer and are just trying to create FUD ). With respect, Michael

Dear Dale: You know who you remind me of? There was a guy who used to post here and would generate lots of excitement among SUNW longs. His user id was (still is) twister! It took a little over 2 years for him to finally give up (so he says) with his assumptions of Sun Microsystems. He used to say the same exact sort of things you are saying now when the stock was in the low $20's all the way to low $60's just recently. In physics there is this rule that says: Energy - positive or negative - is never destroyed. How true that is!! Twister may have given up, but Dale is quick enough to replace him! This is great. And I do really mean this. We need people like you. After all the more the shorts the sooner we will see SUNW at $100/shr! Great to read your posts! They bring lots of smile to my face.
