HB, Nah, it is almost the same wording as the risk section of the 10K. FLC is highly leveraged to the oil drilling business and that business is currently sucking wind. That is why I am buying. I expect they will deliver most of their contracted rigs when the business is not sucking wind and get huge new orders. Debt is part of the rig construction game. I don't like debt, but I do like the game when it is at or near a major bottom.
