Thanks. I agree, and am not thinking of shorting it today. But given its lack of anything proprietary, COOL looks like a penny stock in a couple of years. What am I missing?

I agree with that. I think COOL will open up a couple points at the bell, then quickly dive a few points. This is assuming that the CEO does not disclose additional positive news during his interview.
Thus, I will probably short it heavily tomorrow using this strategy.
