it's a mistake to think this sector, let alone one of the top players,
would pull back after a split, during its strong season.
the Net is growing to fast. there's really no time for that.<g>

after radio was introduced as a mass market product, it took that
technology 42 years to reach 10 million customers.
it's taken the Internet about 2 1/2 years. and according to
Smith Barney research, that was as of May 98.

you probably shouldn't expect AOL to slowdown seriously until
the summer months, when outdoor activities come back to favor.

I was wrong in the short term here!!

Now that I got that out of the way, I feel I missed the top just by a couple of points. With new highs, where does the market go from here?

It takes guts to short and I'm holding!

$40 Billion company....this is insane!
