You might want to read the Customer Agreement terms you signed when you opened the account before you say anything to your broker. Most designate 3 days to clear a transaction.

Edit - DLJ has an alert function which states what transactions occured on each day; however, the account balance isn't reconciled, especially for splits, until the 3 day time period is up. Buys and Sells are listed in the cash account though next day.

Just call the darn broker and you will know that moment!!!!!
If you wait for the mail notice of course you wont know for several days!
