I agree with last two posts but I also feel that we have large write-offs in the works and the recent silence is all but a bit overdone by ITEX. The internet is launching, ITEX dropping...... An update would be fine if anything.... I am a bit overdone with waiting ( at the moment) when there are other companies like (ATHM)(SEEK) (SNDCF)and others I have on my list for past advisory buys. SEEK at 8/share ATHM at 20/share, Itex is a waste of space until they get it out!

Jay,

Great to see you online! I used to be a regular here on SI, but the lawyers at Itex reminded me earlier this year that I am prohibited in our settlement agreement from commenting on Itex. That episode was finished to the satisfaction of all parties.

Now that I am an "insider" again, I think I have a privilege to at least comment on matters which involve day to day transactions.

I did call our home office in Burbank today (BXI), and I was told that the auditors had definitely been to Burbank about ten days ago, and were finished there. But the employee I spoke with didn't know much else.

Sorry I don't follow the stock to much any more, and I only hold 500 shares, although I have been tempted to place an order in recent days.

If I hear any more, I will pass it along here first.

TAke care and best regards,

Les French
