Is it just me, or does anyone else think that it is a little strange that Microsoft is in court and trying to defend its self by using future events? (the Netscape/AOL/SUNW deal). This thing hasn't happened yet, may not happen, and Microsoft is already implying things from it and how it could affect things that happened in the past. Also, the 3 years I've been long on Sun have taught me that Dale's short position could be profitable. I however don't agree with his long term predictions. Since people are talking about Sun being an internet company, I though this chart was very interesting: techstocks.com Judd
