I think it will move once they get this loan finalized and start sales. But to where remains to be seen. It's hard to decipher what is exactly going on. Is it straight out unethical/intentional anti-shareholder sentiment or blunderous mismanagement? The truth seems to be somewhere in between. There is only so much you can blame on debts and the ever-present boogie man. There are only so many conspiracy theories one can eat up without eventually emptying the contents of one's stomach. Blame needs to be placed in the proper place. The rationalizations abound....It's either this or bankruptcy....what would you prefer? There are debts that need to be paid...So on and so on. I understand....But 223 to 440 million in 6 months seems negligent to say the least. And the only rationalization I find believable is that they are issuing shares like crazy to pay off debts because they will do a reverse split and it is free money. I know Vellema has stated a RS won't come immediately, but he also stated that the float would stay at the 300 million level and that the newly issued shares were restricted. My how things have changed. We will just have to wait and see if they can finalize this loan by year's end.
