Wish Bender would go. After COMDEX and giant market rally stock still keeps falling. What exactly does Board of Directors at TDFX hold Bender responsible for? Why do they think Bender will deliver better than CEO of Creative, known as Bill Gates of Singapore? Complete mystery to me.

I didn't have any problem with your post, I almost posted the same thing. I'm home all this week and had quote.com's chart up. Lots of big blocks of shares traded today. That means a buyer and a seller. I was wondering about CREAF myself (maybe they're going away because of the poison pill), but it just as easily could be mutual funds selling off after COMDEX (and the somewhat lukewarm response to the new chip). Maybe CREAF is doing the buying and kept the price at $12.5 for most of the day.

Mutual fund selling makes some sense - many would have a loss in 3Dfx and they may be balancing out some of their gains.

If CREAF went below 5% or expanded much more, they'll file with the SEC.
