Elizabeth, If some one does know something then could the run up in mid-October be that person or persons buying? Maybe I am completely wrong but I would think that the securities commission keeps an eye out for people (insiders) buying just before a news release. I am sure that some at the company already know what the results are. As to the financing, I was disappointed at the price of the private placement as I am sure others were. But compare it to the last attempt to raise money. Last one 8% convertible debentures, convertible at $0.80 with warrants at $0.96 (if converted within the first year) good until 2001 or later. This financing, $1.00 with warrants at $1.30 only good for 18 months. It is a definite improvement on what they had to offer IMO. Comments? Curtis
