Bob.. No one is 100% correct all the time.. I'm not, Tokyo's not, no one is. its how you play the percentages that count..if I hit big 75% of the time.. Surely, you'd agree. target prices or educated guesses are different from ABSOLUTE GUARANTEES BTW, I have no problems with GBIX...
