Don't be alarmed when I tell you that Satan has deceived you. His first deception was to fool you into thinking he did not exist. Then he knew he had free reign to whisper his thought to you under the guise of the Spirit of God--the false "christ' within you. Now you deny that there are two voices speaking to you---the voice of God and the voice of Satan. He can now inserts thoughts in your mind anytime he wants and you instantly consider them from God. The spiritual warfare that Christian experience is readl because the spiritual world of eveil spirits and Angels is real. They battle for your thoughts. The only thing we have as Christains to discern and defend ourselves against the thoughts of evil spirits and Satan are the Word of God and the discernment of the voice of the Holy Spirit within us. This is why it is so so important to hold own to the Word of God in the Scriptures. This alows us to discern when Satan is trying to deceive us. Satan can also quote the Word of God out of context and use it for evil as in the temptations of Christ in the desert. Satan quoted the Word accurately but out of context. You also need the wisdom and help of older Christians to help through the spiritual warfare thae we experience as Christians. The first step is to fall on your knees and complete acknowledge that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour and that their is not other means of salvation except through Him. That is necessary first step. Then the eyes of your heart will open to the machinations that Satan. May Christ give you the Grace to respond to His call. Emile
