Is anyone familiar with PKD?

I entered a position in SESI (a very beaten down oil service stock) in anticipation of it coming back to the 7 1/2 - 10 range for CCing. It was moving up nicely until PKD announced they were buying it for NO premium. Ridiculous. I am completely unfamiliar with PKD and am wondering if anyone here CC's them. Unfortunately PKD is also cheap and without a bounce it is not in a great range for CCing (only $5).

Thanks,
Gary

Re: WALK
I guess thats where my FA side comes into play... I this is the same stock that was trading at $20 back in May. Nothing has changed fundamentally. (It also helps that my nut is $7 vs $8.25 :-)

Also looking at the stochastics it seems to have turned upward, just curious but does anyone use this indicator in conjunction with thier cc' writing?

Concerning commisions, what typically are people paying? I use E*Trade and it cost $29 for upto 5 contracts and $1.75/contract thereafter. Not to bad it seems...

Thanks,
JF
