Why doesn't MER up the amount of shares to go public Why? No intent to be flippant, but why should they care, and more especially, as a holder of MALL, why would you want more dilution? I think that they should do an IPO with enough money to get them through the next 1 to 2 years during which their revenues and stock price can go through the roof (if it doesn't then more money probably wouldn't help anyway) and then they can do a secondary and get much more money with much less dilution.
