I watched the segment as well. The token negative Novl Analyst based much of his negativity on the fact that NOVL's revenue is now just 1/2 of its revenue during its peak. I emphasized that point as a reason for putting it as a HOLD.

This Analyst didnt really know his subject/topic that he was analyzing since one major reason for the drop in revenue is the sale of WordPerfect and Unixware. Of course it will cut dramatically. sure some of the drop is due to sales loss in NetWare sales, but the majority of the revenue loss was from shedding non-focused product-lines.

Ohh well - I guess they had to say something bad (even if it was not based on a valid point).
