Regardless of where you heard it, it still has not been public information. That is of course, if it is true. If it isn't true, then all you are doing, even now, is spreading a rumor on behalf helping Danny Dror fabricate a fake excuse, so he can evade the responsibility and not look incompetent. From where I am sitting an excuse is just that - an excuse. Too bad Danny Dror can't take the responsibility to keep the public informed. You're the one fronting his boo hooing on this. What's to boo hoo about for me? The company is the one not executing.
