"By the end of the month." Was what was said to me, I still am angry over the fact that there has been no disclosure of facts about this or anything else though, weather under SEC rules or not....the SEC could care less about the avg. investor in my dealings with them, seems they have always passed the buck. I lost 30K one time on E-Trade...due to E-Trade placing 300k in my account by accident and blaming me, the SEC did nothing to get to the bottom of it. This is factual! No opinion needed. Bruce
