HN can probably answer better but I think some news due arnd Feb on trials. Problem is your doomed if you do and doomed if you dont. The FDA frowns upon publicity. If, and that's a big IF, ENMD gets before FDA I suspect they will be given a tough time.

For the completed trials, I would say that either they were just completed and the data has not been analyzed yet, the data is borderline and LGND hasn't decided if they will be doing a Phase III trial, or the data is not not good, so they are waiting for some good news before the bad news is released.
