You can't prosecute through attribution. At least, in the case of Sick Willie, we have the tapes for posteriority.

I still don't understand why Clinton felt he needed to lie, perjure, and tamper with witnesses, etc. He obviously wasn't doing it for family --- it's a sham. He obviously wasn't doing it for his reputation --- it's been trash since Arkansas and his supporters couldn't care less if he was John Wayne Gacy. He seems to enjoy all the activities that go into setting up the activities and covering up afterwards as much as the actual BJ. He and his wife also probably have a grossly distorted self-image that they still think they have some reputation to protection.
