you mean that mbt unlawfully takes money out of traders' accounts with out their authorization? can you then get your money back or better yet how can they substantiate or produce a signed authorization when in fact there is no signed authorization? couldn't one in fact go to the sec with this type of problem?
are you saying that if mbt goes out of business sw securities could take the money and run using it to cover other traders' positions? this is really scarey for me as i am a newbie to mbt. they are down this a.m. as i cannot access my account .
all of this is making me nervous!!!
