yeah.. glad to hear I wasnt alone.. I started exhanging words with someone in management over there today, and I finally blasted him by saying - at the very VERY least you could inform customers via the web or over the phone that there will be problems.

How the hell hard would that be to do? WE ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS- WE APOLOGIZE.. very simple.. let me know so I can work around it..
