I think you are right about the ISP supporting ADSL. ADSL means you will be trading over the internet...right?,and not have a direct line. Example is E-Schwab is a direct connect and does not use the internet. Schwab does however have another service for trading over the internet. Some trading firms have direct connect (NDX Trading for example). NDX here in Mpls MN told me that they did not support ADSL, and that they had a direct line. It's all a bit confusing to me.
