E-Tailing Alliance Debuts With Three Home Shopping Video Channels

announced today that Broadcast.com (Nasdaq: BCST), the leading
aggregator and
broadcaster of streaming media programming on the Web, will be the first
portal to provide
access to Everything4Less. The link will be operational by Thanksgiving
weekend. The
Company also announced that its first three channels of direct response
video programming --
health & fitness, housewares, and beauty & cosmetics -- are now online
and available on a 24
hour/day, seven day/week basis. Additionally, National Media
infomercials are now available
on demand and may be accessed immediately upon request by Internet
users.

(www.broadcast.com) and directly accessed via its shopping channel

Everything4Less is National Media's electronic commerce/Internet and
catalog-based
membership shopping service, whose Website (www.Everything4Less.com or,
simply,
www.E4L.com) and advertising campaign launch Thanksgiving weekend -- the
biggest
shopping time of the year. The "virtual superstore" provides more than
800,000 products at

;-)...I've been there the whole way day trading this stock. I too am now wary of selling at this point.

It is too close to the IPO and UBID only has 1.6 MM shares offered.

That's peanuts!

The value of the UBID IPO will have a profound effect on the MALL price -IMO-.
