Remeber:

How the BT/GTE set these bidding wars' precedence. And in the end
it was WorldCom which won MCI, paying a hefty premium.

The NSCP/AOl deal is taking more time than what AOL has anticipated.
The above scenario may perhaps be relevant here. Given these
stocks valuation and the general market condition, NSCP perhaps
can demand more, all IMHO.
