First, your members have to look at the set up of their email retreival, make sure that it is set at a more frequent email retreive: "check for mail every 1 minute" as an example. Traffic - may mean that the amount of users that are logged on to any one particular network - whether be it AOL or any other provider that has control into a gateway will have this ISP address, the more users using their gateway, the more traffic, to alleviate this traffic, the provider will add additional modems, routers, Serial boards etc.... For the most part, most traffic will occur during business hours (for obvious reasons).
