TraderJ should also check on the options on the frequency (s)he is receiving emails, I have mine set to "check every 1 minute." There are times that no matter what browser you have, the provider's may not have enough hardware set up at the POP (as AOL,Concentric, Erols) to forward to the next POP til it hits the ISP to forward out or receive your messages. I have been receiving emails within one minute of the other side sending. My inlaws, who live in Bulgaria, send email off to us on a daily basis and we receive it with 2 to 3 minutes of their sending and they are not using the newer digital signal lines either.
