So Darrel, what your saying is that buying this stock at .01-.02 levels it's not possible to make any money???

I guess I beg to differ. I still believe that this stock is good to go to at least (.125). In my mind getting to the .50 level is going to be a stretch with the additional shares.

Let's see what happens when they get the money etc., etc.......

I'm still long as ever, I just divide everything in half now.

And as far as the property is concerned, they haven't done much to it. When the stopped construction as far as I know they finished the showroom models and gutted the two buildings in front of the property. I'm sure they could have those buildings finished in two months.

No one's happy about the additional shares but having a company with twice as many shares is more important to me than having a company go bankrupt leaving us with nothing.

Darrell,

I wouldn't say nothing has changed. A lot has changed, good and bad. They are much closer to closing the deal this time. We will have to wait and see though. I must admit, I thought that Vellema was going to pull it off this time without having to issue more shares. That part is disgusting. I would have heeded the increase from 223 to 285 million as a signal of sorts, but Jim had warned me that the O/S could go to 300 million. So that was rationalized. I cannot rationalize 285 to 440 million. The majority of people here got in at the .02 to .03 level. Those who could have averaged down did so. If this hits .02 I will have doubled my money. But it still doesn't justify the time, the effort, nor the risk.
