Isn't the impeachment referral for Watergate still under seal? I don't see the point in keeping it under seal any longer. The myth that the Watergate hearing was non-partisan has already been discarded since these hearings have followed the Watergate format. It's likely that the same complaint that Sam Dash made in his resignation could be lodged against the Watergate referral.
