Communications Software

Tuesday November 24, 8:00 am Eastern Time
Company Press Release

Entire Line of Web & Desktop Applications Will Be Available

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 1998-- 7th Level, Inc. (NMS: SEVL) announced that Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV - news; NMS: DRIV) - the world's largest
online database of software products - will distribute and sell the Company's Agent 7, Present 7, Mail 7 and Pak 7 interactive animated character applications for Internet and
Desktop presentation and communication.

Richard Merrick, 7th Level CEO, said today's agreement is part of the Company's strategy of expanding distribution and marketing partnerships in order to increase awareness
and sales of 7th Level's growing line of applications and corporate solutions business. Digital River (www.digitalriver.com), based in Minneapolis, has contracted with more
than 2,000 software publishers and online retailers to provide its proprietary technology for Internet delivery of more than 131,000 software and other digital products.

For professional developers and consumers who want to increase the effectiveness and reduce the cost of media rich presentations and communications, 7th Level applications
have become the industry standard for quickly and inexpensively producing broadcast quality, lip-synched interactive, animated characters for the Internet and Windows 95/98.
Unlike costly and time-consuming traditional methods of producing frame-based animation, 7th Level's voice-activated characters can be used to create an unlimited number of
interactive, animated sequences in seconds.

Agent 7 1.0 is for Microsoft Explorer or Netscape Navigator Internet applications; Present 7 1.0 is for standalone or networked Windows 95/98 applications, including
PowerPoint, Word and Excel; and Mail 7 1.0 is for Internet or networked email applications. Each application comes with 10 two- and three-dimensional and photo-realistic
characters that can be used an unlimited number of times without restriction. Pak 7 1.0 features 7 additional characters. The applications will be available in the fourth quarter for
online download at $99.95 each with the character pack at $19.95. Coming next year is Instant 7 for Internet and Desktop instant messaging applications.
