Do we need to worry that AOL only wants to pay 0.45 AOL share for 1 NSCP share? No, not at all. If that happens, we will definitely see another bidder emerges. IBM is the most potential bidder. Who else? CA is another one. ORCL and even YHOO may want to give it a try. Why not?! Too cheap to see it so easily goes into other competitors' hands. Everyone in the world knows the next century will be a century of the Information-Super-Highway (ISH). Every player is trying to get the best lane on the ISH. Having a browser with the best market shares is no doubt one of the best lane on the ISH. Surely, I favor the AOL-NSCP combination. It is the best. :-)
