Jim has basically floated the company out of his own pocket during this hibernation period. In the mean time he has also been looking for projects to vend in. From what he has been able to tell me, it sounds like he has a couple of potential options to follow up on. He had fully expected the deal with Walter to come alive, that simply didn't work.
