Dear, Sir, Vinney... Did you have a little time in making all the food for this week to see the great discount sale on one issue at .375 over the past few DAYzes there were streight sells at .375 on 162,500 Friday and today well just a little 78,400 for a total of 240,900... IMVHO it seems that someone wanted ah little less issued in there name. Also if you did a check on the DAY.t side there was 313,500 from .55 to .65 and today only 3,000 at .57 cents yet that was Cananda bucks so it's what less 65% or so. for about .37cents US,,,, that is one lot of volume for the issue all at the sell or (bid) price. Some may be investors who thought there was a easy coin to make as the buying is from the chart back about 10 days and it seems like some are clearing the purchase pre eom.... May be fun to keep a eye on the issue to tell the tail of the tape. Have a great T.G.Day! To you and All who read this board of knowledge..what bs that was.....hehehehehe J....

Vince, who do you think ended with those newly issued shares? My guess at least a portion is going to Noble House. Looking for MDIN to start another promotional campaign soon to advertise the start of the drill program and the settlement of the Dayton lawsuits. In any case, I believe the stock has bounced off the bottom due to the end of tax selling(Ancil) and buys coming in due to the pending Dayton decisions, startup of drilling, and foreign investment coming in from Chile for reasons best known to the Chileans.

**ALL* Was there a CHANGE IN DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF MDIN!!! 1. The news from NPEC states the same board for MDIN 2. The news from NPEC states 1-888-547-9375 for IR.. That's Ralph U. number that is the IR, for MDIN only so I was told when I called it... 3. So what has changed here? 4. Was there a vote at the AGM to change the board of MDIN and if so has it canged ? Was this official noticed? Did that change take place in a seprate special meeting that may have been held after the official meeting of the board for the AGM, as you can do that IMO. 5. Who owns what? is NPEC a private corp with the same folks on each board as the news states? Will NPEC issue a new news rls to change the error if there is one as it reads? or would MDIN have to issue the report? Will FIRE, have a new board and will it be the same as MDIN AND NPEC. WHAT TO HELL IS GOING ON? Did the offical web site up date to a new set of directors ??
