redherring.com This prestigious magazine gives the thumbs up on this deal. You've indicated why MSFT went up on this news...but why such hefty gains for YHOO and AMZN?

I would not be surprised if MSFT in some way under the table didn't have something to do with this, I would be surprised if any one could ever prove it. Looks like payola, walks like payola, and quacks like payola, but we can't call it that. Jim
