Wind hit 68 mph today in Salem........Jefferson High School, down the road, is a biggun. A sixty foot section of roof flew off in the wind and rain. Which section? The computer labs, of course. Channel 6 paid professional with real microphone: "What's it gonna take to fix this?" Stunned principal: "Money?" I'd like to be a principal. "A roof and new computers?" "Dolphins." "Gimme your watch." All those on the scene "news" people have to do is TALK, for about twenty seconds, a night, and they can't handle it. I mean, we know I couldn't; but I'm not.
